I typically work to A4 (210 x 297 mm) or A5 (148 x 210 mm) size. If you would like to commission a larger or smaller piece, please send me a message here.

Once your order has been placed and I’ve confirmed that I have received your photos, it will usually take around 14 days for UK based customers to receive a finished pet portrait. However I do work on a first come, first serve basis, so I will inform you of when you should expect to receive an order. For overseas customers, it will depend on the distance and shipping.  If you need it your portrait by a certain date, it’s best to contact me first to check if this will be possible.

 For all portraits, I require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking. All payments are made through PayPal - once the portrait is completed I will email you with a final payment request (you don't need a PayPal account for this!) Once I have received the final payment I will pop your portrait in the post! Postage is included in the cost of the portrait (for UK residents).
